GAP Printing ~ Filling the gap with great need at great speed

Recently a good customer placed an order for about $15,000 of catalog printing. He requested we complete 50 sets through finishing ASAP for a national sales meeting immediately upon receiving the artwork files. Unfortunately, our client was forced to make several last minute technical product revisions to the artwork. There was virtually no time to get the big presses running to create the 50 books.
Engage moved the sales meeting catalog production over to our HP Indigo digital press. We were able to deliver the catalogs to the sales meeting on time with fantastic offset look quality.
The large production order no longer needed to be rushed. We decided to wait for the client to return from the sales meeting. Sure enough, the client returned with several pages changes after reviewing the materials at their meeting. We were able to demonstrate a cost savings of at least $8,000 and deliver a better catalog to the client by using the digital press to print the client’s “gap” need in time for the sales meeting.
